FAQs

Quick answers

How many prints can we have during our event?
We can set a specific number to stay within budget or go all out with unlimited, your choice! You also receive an online gallery with every photo taken throughout the event.
How long does it take to set up the booth?
Allow an hour for set up and an hour for pack down.
Will there be someone to help operate the booth?
A member of our team is on site for the full run time to assist every guest and keep everything running smoothly. Digital booth only does not require an attendant.
Dimensions and space requirements?
We need at least 10 × 10 ft with a single power outlet and level ground. Backdrops require at least 8 ft of clearance. Power can be provided for additional costs.
When should I make my reservation?
As soon as you have a date in mind. Popular Saturdays in 2026 & 2027 are filling fast and we offer a 10% discount for bookings within 24 hours of receiving our quote.
Can we supply our own backdrop?
Definitely. Choose a non-reflective surface if possible and brainstorm with your stylist.
